Arsenal skipper Cesc Fabregas has revealed how he was convinced about leaving Barcelona by the commitment of Arsene Wenger.

"When I came to talk with Arsenal aged 16, Arsene was the one who came to see me," said Cesc. "He had cut his holiday to come to speak with me. At 16 that had a big impact on my decision to come here."
