Cesc Fabregas has rejected a new contract offer from Arsenal, it has been revealed.
Sport says Arsenal offered Cesc a pay-rise of €2 million-a-year, without any change on the length of his current deal, but the club captain turned it down.
Cesc, it is claimed, has made it clear to Arsenal chiefs he wants a move to Barca this summer.
Even the mega offers from Manchester City, and to a lesser extent Chelsea, will not turn Cesc's head. The midfielder is determined to return to Barca.
Cesc's gesture is appreciated by the board at Barca, which are desperately trying to reduce their wage bill - but remain committed to bringing the midfielder home.
