Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas admits he addressed the players before victory over Crystal Palace.
The 1-0 win saw Chelsea crowned Premier League champions.
Before Sunday's title clincher against Crystal Palace, manager Jose Mourinho asked Fabregas to deliver the pre-match speech in the dressing room.
"It was a special one,' smiled the Spain midfielder, 28 yesterday. "I cannot say what I said, but it worked, so I'm happy."
