Cesc Fabregas admits Chelsea are "hurting" after their Champions League dumping by PSG.

Chelsea were knocked out of the Champions League by Paris Saint-Germain, but Fabregas insists the heartbreak will spur them on to success.

"Of course we are hurting," Fabregas told Marca.

"Everyone expects you to win against ten men, but sometimes things don't turn out as you want them to. We have the chance to do a double and we mustn't let ourselves relax even for second.

"I'm very happy. I'm at a point in my life where I'm enjoying everything I do.

"I'm playing virtually every game for my team and that makes me very happy. Being able to play an important role is key.

"Right now we have to fight for the Premier League title for it to be a great year."
