Inter goalkeeper Julio Cesar is taking a cautious approach into the business end of the season despite a convincing 3-0 victory over Lazio on the weekend.

The fact that title contenders AC Milan and Juventus both won as well has given the goalkeeper cause for concern that there is a long way to go until the Scudetto is Inters for the keeping.

"The championship isn't over yet," Cesar told La Gazzetta dello Sport.

"Serie A is much more balanced this year. We are doing well and we must continue to think about ourselves rather than the teams around us.

"It's natural that everyone wants to challenge us after we won the Scudetto for the last three years, but we will keep focused."
