Cerro Porteno defender Nelson Cabrera is expected to leave Paraguay for Italy's Serie A in January.
Cerro Porteno have circulated his name to three Serie A clubs - Fiorentina, Inter Milan and Juventus - and are prepared to sell the 24 year-old for £2.2 million when the winter market opens.
