Radek Cerny fears his blunder against Slavia Prague last night could cost him a place in Tottenham's Carling Cup final XI.

Cerny said: "Yes, I am worried, I don't know what to say. We won this game and we will see what happens in the next game. I will work hard in training over the next week like I always do. I am so disappointed. It was a high cross and I thought everything was fine. I didn't see the striker coming so close to me. I just dropped the ball and then I realised that he was too close.

"I feel very bad, especially as it is my home town. We still won the game but we are not happy about the result because we could have scored three, four, five goals.

"I feel disappointed. I know every player makes a mistake sometimes, but I have made mine in my home town against my old club."
