Central Coast Mariners goalkeeper Danny Vukovic admits the club is in need of a win in their second last Asian Champions League group match.
The Mariners have lost two and drawn two from their four outings so far and are still a mathematical chance of progressing to the next round but they have to win their match against Pohang Steelers at the Steelyard tomorrow.
"We're definitely looking forward to it a lot, we haven't won a game yet this season - we're trying to rectify that and hopefully we can do it on Tuesday afternoon," Vukovic said.
"They're a great side, as are all the teams in our group, we were probably unlucky not to take away three points at home when we last met.
"Hopefully we take our chances on Tuesday and we nullify them to no goals."
The Mariners will need to beat Pohang and then get another three points against Tianjin Teda in the final group match and hope Pohang lose to first-placed Kawasaki Frontale if they want to reach the next phase.
