England have made a move for Celtic youngster Karamoko Dembele.

The Daily Mail says Dembele, who has been linked with Manchester City, has been called up by England at youth level despite making his Scotland Under-16 debut earlier this month.

The 13-year-old Celtic starlet has been named in the England Under-16 squad that will take on Turkey next month.

Dembele, who was born in London and is eligible to play for Scotland, England and Ivory Coast, the homeland of his parents, said on Instagram on Friday night: 'Glad to be picked for England against Turkey in December.'
