James Forrest is looking forward to playing alongside Celtic's summer signings next season.
The Scottish champions have added towering striker Amido Balde from Portuguese club VitoriaGuimaraes as well as centre-back Virgil van Dijk from FC Groningen and promising winger Forrest is excited about the latest additions, especially given that he will be supplying plenty of balls for the former.
"Gary (Hooper), Tony (Watt) and Anthony (Stokes) are smaller players, so Amido will give us a different way of playing," said Forrest.
"He will be good for me to play with and will help me develop. I will need to try and get more crosses into the box.
"The new boys will definitely strengthen the team.
"Virgil van Dijk has come in at the back and looked good in training.
"Only Paddy McCourt and Thomas Rogne have left, so we are starting out from a position of strength."
