Carlos Bocanegra feels Sunday's Old Firm win over Celtic was Rangers best performance since he joined the club.
The USA national team captain arrived at Ibrox from French club Saint-Etienne in mid-August and played a key role in his first Glasgow derby which 'Gers ran out 4-2 winners.
Bocanegra felt it was by far the most impressive showing since he became a Rangers player and indicated that it was a shame the club was not involved in the Europa League this season.
"That was the best overall team performance since I came here," he said.
"Everyone worked together. It is going to be a little different against other teams that might sit back more against us.
"We will have to find ways to get through that.
"But we played such a good game against Celtic that you think 'Damn, how are we out of Europe?' because we have a good team.
"It wasn't working for us in past games, but we have to look forward."
