Reports indicated the clause may allow the midfielder to leave Parkhead for as little as £1million with Premier League trio Spurs, Liverpool and Villa all rumoured to be monitoring the situation.
However, Hoops chief executive Peter Lawwell has denied the claims and insists the club are hoping to keep the 29-year-old for at least another two years.
Lawwell is quoted in the News of the World as saying: "Naka is under contract for one more year and we have an option for another 12 months after that.
"We have had no indication from anyone who matters that he wants to leave this club. There is no get-out clause in his contract. End of story."
