AS Saint-Etienne striker Boubacar Sanogo will trial with Celtic once problems with his teeth are sorted. The Ivory Coast international had been expected to train with the Hoops this week, but agent Jeannot Werth says Sanogo has been forced to cancel the trip and is now hoping to link up with the Hoops later in the month.
"At the moment Boubacar is not fit," Werth told STV. "He has a problem with his teeth, so he will not be travelling to Glasgow this week.
"He is not 100 per cent fit. Maybe if Celtic are still interested in one or two weeks, when Boubacar is fit, then maybe he can go to Glasgow then."
The much travelled 28-year-old has also spent spells at Hamburg, Kaiserslautern and with UAE side Al Ain.
