Fraser Forster is not holding Celtic to ransom despite some reports suggesting otherwise.
The Newcastle United goalkeeper, who has spent the past two seasons on loan at Parkhead, is in discussions with Hoops chiefs regarding a permanent move but it has been speculated that his wage demands are prolonging the process.
However, his agent Mark Curtis has rubbished those claims by saying that it is simply a tough time of year to finalise contract talks.
"It's just a difficult time of year to get everyone in the same place. But I'm sure that will happen shortly and things will get concluded.""Talks are ongoing between myself and Celtic - they certainly haven't stalled," he said.
