Celtic defender Virgil van Dijk has hinted that he will be at the club next season.
The Dutch centre-back, who joined from FC Groningen in the summer, has impressed so much in his debut campaign with the Glasgow giants that he has attracted plenty of interest from all over Europe.
22-year old van Dijk was one of the best-performed players for the Hoops as they won the Scottish Premiership this term but he says he expects to stick around at Parkhead so he can help guide the club to more silverware.
"I still have a contract until 2017 but in football you never know what can happen so we will see," he told Sky Sports after the season-ending 3-1 win over Dundee United on Sunday.
"I've really enjoyed our league campaign which has been great. But in the cups it has been a little bit disappointing this season. I think next season we will do a lot better."
