Scottish champions Celtic are showing considerable interest in Leeds United young gun Aidan White.
The highly-rated 20-year old comes out of contract at Elland Road next month with the Hoops set to make a move for his services when the summer transfer window opens.
White has recently attracted attention from Premier League clubs Newcastle United and Norwich City but Celtic have now emerged on the scene and Leeds captain Robert Snodgrass suggests he could become a potential star at Parkhead.
"One of his best attributes is pace. He's hungry and very fit and plays left-back and right wing. He's been offered a new contract and I hope he stays.
"But if he does go to Celtic then I'll wish him all the best as he's first class - he'd do well wherever he goes, though. He's a lovely kid, a great player.""Aidan is a great prospect," said Snodgrass.
