Celtic defender Kelvin Wilson says he is not too worried about his chances of winning an England call-up.
Some say the 27-year old centre-back deserves to be involved in the Three Lions squads but Wilson himself is not setting any international goals despite seeing teammate Fraser Forster called into Roy Hodgson's setup recently.
"It's nice to be mentioned but first and foremost I'm focused on Celtic," said the former Nottingham Forest man.
"Fraser Forster has been rewarded for his performances but it's not the end of the world if it doesn't happen for me.
"Playing for England never crossed my mind when I was a young footballer.
"When I look at the talent England have I'm not the type to sit and say 'I'm better than him and better than him' - I'm not really like that.
"I watch Match of the Day and see the good central defenders. If it happens for me then it happens. I won't lose any sleep waiting for Hodgson to call."
