Celtic assistant Johan Mjallby feels that goalkeeper Fraser Forster would benefit the club greatly if he was to sign permanently at the end of the season.
The 23-year old gloveman is starring for the Hoops during his second loan spell from Newcastle United and Mjallby would love it if he committed himself to the Glasgow giants on a less temporary basis on the summer.
"He knows he's the main man in goal at the moment and knows we really rate him.
"It's important for him to know where his future is going to be and it would be great to sign him.
"He can still improve but he's been very impressive. When we brought him up last season we could see he had a great talent. His stature, for a start, was impressive.
"Fraser was good for us last season but we still believed he could take another step forward.""I don't know if Fraser has any other suitors looking at him but he seems settled here," he told the Daily Record.
