Joe Ledley is on the verge of finalising his move from Celtic to Crystal Palace after completing a medical in south London.

The 27-year old Welsh midfielder has been linked with the Eagles for weeks now and it appears as though his mooted £2.5million transfer will be completed soon.

Ledley is due to come out of contract at Celtic this summer but the Scottish champions would rather sell him now than allow him to leave for nothing come season's end.
