Celtic’s Lassad: Wanyama can play for anyone in Europe

Celtic forward Lassad Nouioui believes teammate Victory Wanyama is capable of playing for any club in Europe.

The Kenyan midfielder has attracted the attention of a number of bigger clubs, including Manchester United, with his powerful performances for the Hoops and Lassad is of the belief that he would fit right in with a massive European outfit.

The French-born Tunisian also had some kind words to say about Celtic goalkeeper Fraser Forster.

"My first choice would be Victor but if I could pick two I would also pick Fraser,” Lassad told the club’s official website when asked who should be the Glasgow clubs Player of the Year.

"When I was in Spain at Deportivo, our goalkeeper was a very good one - Daniel Aranzubia - but Fraser is even better, so he must be very good.

"Victor could play for any team in Europe and has a great potential. He is an excellent player and when he's not playing, I don't think the team is the same."
