Celtic midfielder Ki Sung-yeung is awaiting the results of tests taken in a South Korean hospital after he admitted himself following spells of dizziness and vomiting.
The 22-year old has missed Celtic's past two matches but was given permission to return to Seoul during the international break even though he ruled himself out of South Korea's upcoming friendly with UAE.
Ki's management company expect more to be known about his situation some time on Tuesday.
"He got into a hospital in Seoul as soon as he came back from Scotland," they were quoted as saying.
"He had tests and the results will not be known until Tuesday."
Reports suggest Celtic have not yet been in touch with Ki but will be waiting to hear of the test results for an update on the matter.
