A hamstring injury looks set to force Celtic star Emilio Izaguirre out of this summer's CONCACAF Gold Cup.
The 25-year old left-back had to withdraw from Honduras' squad for the tournament which kicked off yesterday in the United States.
Izaguirre was a standout for the Hoops in his debut Scottish season, winning a swag of awards including the Scottish Premier League Player of the Year but he may now miss the start of pre-season training after aggravating the injury.
Honduras take on Guatemala today before meeting Grenada and Jamaica in their other Group B matches.
