The Daily Mail is reporting that Celtic defender Emilio Izaguirre has emerged on a contingency list for Everton.
With left-back Leighton Baines still on the radar of Manchester United, Toffees boss Roberto Martinez has Honduran international Izaguirre in mind just in case.
27-year old Izaguirre is returning to his best with Celtic after missing most of the 2011/12 season with a broken leg suggesting Neil Lennon would be loath to lose him.
