Celtic manager Neil Lennon is again in pursuit of Huddersfield Town striker James Vaughan.

Celtic manager Neil Lennon is again in pursuit of Huddersfield Town striker James Vaughan.

The Bhoys boss watched the 25-year old score from the penalty spot in the Terriers’ 2-1 win over Burnley on Saturday before returning to see the former Everton and Norwich City man play a full 90 minutes in Tuesday night’s 1-0 triumph at Bolton.

Lennon was close to signing Vaughan on loan from the Canaries a couple of years ago but a deal fell through, however, he is now eyeing a British striker and is keen to bring the ex-Crystal Palace loanee to Glasgow in January.
