Celtic and Rangers are chasing Liverpool midfielder Harry Wilson.

The Sun says Brendan Rodgers has asked his old club to let him have attacker Wilson on loan at Celtic for the season.

Gerrard is already in for Wilson, one of the first players he tried to do a deal for when he took charge at Rangers.

Liverpool are considering all inquiries and will demand rental fees are paid if Wilson does not play enough.

Gerrard wants Wilson in as soon as possible for the European campaign but knows he may have to wait for an answer.
