Celtic midfielder Victor Wanyama is excited by the interest of Manchester United. The Daily Star Sunday says Wanyama says he dreams of playing for the Red Devils.

United manager Sir Alex Ferguson made a check on the Celtic midfielder on Tuesday night when he scored in a 4-0 win over Dundee United and is ready to table a £10m summer bid for the 21-year-old Kenyan bruiser.

Wanyama said: "My favourite team has always been United."

Arsenal are also keen on a switch for the big midfielder.
