Celtic have opened discussions with Real Betis striker Jorge Molina.
The 29-year old Spaniard has emerged on the Hoops' radar recently and it has now been confirmed that talks have commenced about a possible transfer.
A source close to Molina told SunSport that Celtic's football development chief John Park had made contact with Betis and indicated that the former Elche ace would be open to a move to Parkhead.
"If the club are prepared to sell him then he would be very interested in discussions with Celtic. But it is still early.""We understand that Celtic's John Park has been in talks with Betis about Jorge," the source said.
