Celtic assistant manager Johan Mjallby admitted it was great to finally have compatriot Freddie Ljungberg fit again.
The Swedish midfielder joined the Hoops in January but has only managed five appearances mainly due to niggling injuries.
But now, according to fellow Swede Mjallby, the former Arsenal star is now at the stage where he can be called on by the coaching staff which is a major boost as Celtic strive to wrestle the Scottish title back from Old Firm rivals Rangers.
"It's great to have him fully fit and at least we have a chance to pick him if he plays well enough," said Mjallby. "With his experience and knowledge of the game, he's going to be important for us.
"It's been a bit stop-start for him and it's been hard for him because every time he's been in contention he has picked up a bit of an injury. He's been disappointed with that. Now he's back and he's got a chance of being picked."
