Celtic are chasing Everton attacker James McFadden.

The Daily Mail says Everton and Celtic have a good relationship which was boosted by Celtic allowing Thomas Gravesen to return to Merseyside on loan just before the summer transfer deadline.

Celtic have never lost interest in the youngster from the Springburn area of the city.

They and Old Firm rivals Rangers were both keen to take him from Motherwell before Everton jumped in to present McFadden with the chance to make his mark in the Premier League.
