Scottish giants Celtic have reportedly made an offer for Newcastle United goalkeeper Fraser Forster. The Hoops have put a £1.5million bid on the table for the 23-year old, making it clear that he is the gloveman they want.
Forster had an impressive loan spell at Celtic Park last season and Hoops boss Neil Lennon made no secret of the fact that he wanted the Geordie local back at the club on either a loan or permanent basis.
But it now seems that the Glasgow outfit are keen to have the former Norwich City loanee as a regular part of their squad and will try to beat English Championship club Leeds United to his signature.
