Former Celtic superstar Henrik Larsson has confirmed his presence for Stiliyan Petrov's #19 Legends' Charity Match.
"Henrik Larsson, a friend and former team-mate of Stiliyan Petrov's, is heading back to Glasgow to take part in the special event, which will raise money for Celtic Charity and Stiliyan's new foundation," read a statement on Celtic's official website.
"The Super Swede, who spent seven years with the Hoops, scoring 242 goals in 315 appearances, played alongside Stiliyan from 1999, when the teenage Bulgarian joined the club, up until 2004 when Henrik left to join Barcelona.
"And the player known as the Magnificent Seven will be reunited with many of the team-mates who dominated Scottish football and re-established Celtic's European reputation, including current Hoops boss, Neil Lennon, and former Celts such as Chris Sutton and Paul Lambert."
The charity event has been organised to honour Petrov who had to retire from the game earlier this year to focus on his battle with leukaemia. All proceeds will be passed to Celtic Charity and will support Stiliyan Petrov's nominated charities plus a range of other projects and worthy causes within the local community and beyond.
