Celtic fullback Adam Matthews is ignoring talk of a Premier League move.
The Sunday Express says Liverpool are among a host of clubs mentioned in despatches for the Welsh kid, but they will get no encouragement from either the club or the player if they move to make that interest more definite in this transfer window.
"I'm really happy here," he insisted. "I'm flattered at speculation but that's all it is. I've never heard anything official and it's just rumours as far as I'm concerned.
"Anyway, I'm not looking to move anywhere. I'm enjoying every minute of my time here and the boys have all helped me settle.
"When I came here I just thought it was the best option for me and I simply wanted to play well. It's flattering to get noticed but I'm at one of the biggest clubs in the world."
