The Celtic fans are yet to see the best of me! - Rogic

Tom Rogic insists that the Celtic supporters have seen nowhere near his best yet.

The 20-year old midfielder, signed from Central Coast Mariners in January, started his third Scottish Premier League game for the Hoops in their 3-1 defeat to Motherwell on the weekend.

Australian international Rogic admitted it was nice to be given an opportunity but wanted to make it clear that he has so much more to offer Neil Lennon's side than what he produced at Fir Park.

"It's always good to get a game - not so much when we lose but I'll never complain about being out on the park," he told the Celtic View.

"I thought I did okay but it's hard to think you did okay when you lose.

"It was disappointing and I'm just hoping we can pick up from this and turn things around. The fans have still to see the best of me and there's a lot more to come.

"It's hard when you're coming in and out of the squad trying to make an impact but I'm determined to do my best.

"I was a bit disappointed with the result but hopefully I will manage to play some more games before the end of the season. Some of the players are getting a well-deserved rest and that gives me and some of the other boys an opportunity to get into the team so hopefully I take it.

"I'm pushing myself in training because I'm hoping for some more game-time to show what I can do. For me and for a few other players this could be a big chance for us now the league has been wrapped up."
