Celtic dispose off Tottenham to lift Wembley Cup
Submitted by Anonymous on Sun, 07/26/2009 - 17:43
A below strength Celtic scored twice in the first half to defeat Premiership Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 and win the Wembley Cup.
Goals by New Zealander Chris Killen and former Manchester City striker Georgios Samaras proved decisive and means Tony Mowbray's men have still not conceded a goal in four pre-season matches.
The Hoops are now perfectly set up for Wednesday's crucial UEFA Champions League qualifier against Dinamo Moscow.

well seen you remain hidden behind your name with the drivvel you just typed so you basically saying celtic/ barca cheated using drugs??? i feel that you may just be a sour faced spurs fan embarassed by two superior teams one of which is euro champs and the other a scottish side.. (of which was the reserve players that played) and you too proud to give credit when it due.
you talk of the teams running non stop well statistically in the last 5 seasons celtic have won games in the 2nd half by keeping pressure on teams for 90 mins often winning in last 5 mins with their never give up attitude so some teams work rate always high ,dont knock it applaude it, after all it is supposd to be a friendly enjoy it.regards jim,... ps john hartson you'll never walk alone...... get well soon.
tony eybrows also beat spurs when he whas manager of west brom 2-0 they hadent won in eleven games is main man betner scored the winner like samaras he looked wide eyed and full of running until the news of the world caught him scoring a different way 500 quids worth of cocane .There is ephedrine abuse going on and whole teams are using this drug to subsidize energy levels way above normal the clone way teams play is closing down very quickly passing and moving playing keep ball without getting tired .This causes weight loss red complexion and is some cases strokes and premature deaths .Paddy kenny whas not alone this is why results last year where head scratching and looking at barcas reserves and celtics its still rife ,Lets see if they play to the same tempo on wednesday under ufas watchfull eye after liverpool won the euro cup they have been looking for energy teams and the sines i mentioned uk sport have there hands tied by tv rites
is a very lame result perfectic and arr please pull out the crouchy deal his a lanky 2 left footed player who falls over more than he scores please please dont buy that crap hes nt gd enough for spurs man play extra and get in hunterlar instead much better player bent and pav r better than crouch so whats the point of sellin him to get in crouchy
