Celtic have moved eight points clear at the top of the Scottish Premier League table with a 3-0 away over Aberdeen.
Despite Anthony Stokes having a third-minute penalty saved by Dons keeper Jamie Langfield, the Hoops had enough other chances to record a convincing win which was their fourth in a row in the league.
Gary Hooper opened the scoring in the 12th minute after playing a one-two with Stokes before slotting neatly past Langfield and although it took over an hour to get their second, Celtic were in control at Pittodrie Stadium.
Mark Wilson made it 2-0 in the 75th minute when he powerfully headed home a corner from Hoops debutant Kris Commons before Stokes wrapped up the victory three minutes later when he hammered home after being found by Hooper.
Celtic moved to 58 points with a goal difference of plus 39 whilst Aberdeen remained ninth with their seventh loss in their past eight league meetings with the Glasgow giants.
