Seattle Sounders defender Julien Baudet has been handed trials by Celtic.

Baudet is eyeing a return to the UK having turned out for Oldham, Rotherham, Notts County and Crewe.

Celtic feel they could put his experience to good use in their title run-in and will run the rule over him in training in the next few days.

Bhoys boss Neil Lennon said: "I just met him this morning [Friday]. He is here for a few days."
