Celtic are seeking talks with Tottenham for midfielder Niko Kranjcar.

The Times says Hoops boss Neil Lennon hopes to bring the Croatia international to Celtic Park in January.

Kranjcar is on the outer at Spurs and his family expect him to leave White Hart Lane next month.

Along with Celtic, Liverpool have also been linked with the midfield schemer.
