Celtic chief Peter Lawwell is being linked with Liverpool.
The Daily Mail says Lawwell is emerging as the strong favourite to become the next CEO of Liverpool, with his biggest challenge coming from Anfield commercial director Ian Ayre.
If Lawwell is appointed he will have a key say in the Liverpool managerial future of Kenny Dalglish, one of Celtic's all-time greats.
The Scot has previously turned down the same post at Arsenal.
