Tony Mowbray has urged Celtic fans to fill Parkhead and not let Rapid Vienna's travelling support dominate as they did in their defeat of Aston Villa at a half full Villa Park. The Hoops still have unsold tickets for the Europa League group C match that is being screened live on terrestrial television.
"The support that Rapid carried was amazing," Mowbray said. "That will be an issue here, too. Villa Park was half-empty and their team's performance reflected that.
"I do not want to tell the fans what to do but I hope they recognise that Rapid will come with a very noisy support. I hope that we will do something out on the pitch to keep their fans quiet and make ours very vocal."
