Celtic boss Gordon Strachan is delighted with the form of on-loan Manchester City striker Georgios Samaras.

"We're delighted with Georgios because he is a big lad and hasn't had too many games this season," said Strachan. "I believe big lads need more games than smaller players to get to their peak so we'll try to give him some more games.

"Georgios will do well for us - he is good in the air and has great pace. At one stage at Pittodrie, Aiden McGeady broke through and he was the only one who could keep up with him!"
