Celtic boss Neil Lennon wants to keep hold of on-loan Newcastle United goalkeeper Fraser Forster.

Lennon has admitted talks with the Englishman's advisors are set to start soon.

He said: "We are hoping to get his representatives in pretty soon to try to get a deal sorted out. We have given him a home for a year and a half and he has made the most of it.

"He has improved greatly over this season off the back of last season where we felt he was very consistent.

"Good keepers are hard to find and we believe he has the potential to go on and become a great keeper."
