Despite playing just a total of six matches under his manager, Freddie Ljungberg is a big fan of Celtic boss Neil Lennon.
The ex-Sweden international struggled to make an impact at Celtic Park after arriving in January but nonetheless, he has heaped praise on Lennon for being such a strong character and single-minded in that he wants to achieve success - just like former Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger and Real Madrid's Jose Mourinho.
"Neil is a very passionate manager," Ljungberg said.
"He does everything that he can to get the best out of his players.
"He'd never kill a player in public, never criticise him in front of the TV cameras.
"He's behind his team 100 per cent to make sure everyone is united together.
"I haven't worked with him for long, only six months or so.
"I can compare him to Arsene in a way.
"That may sound strange given they are so different in terms of their personalities. But Arsene will do everything to keep the team together - like Neil.
"It's a small thing which has always amused me - that whenever Arsenal concede a penalty or have a man sent off Arsene will say he never saw the incident.
"Of course he sees it. But he wants to protect his players and they all love him for that.
"They may have made a mistake but he'll never say that to anyone outside the dressing room.
"Neil is the same. He always talks in a very positive way about his team and his players.
"I know that may upset the opposition players and managers at times but that's just the way it is.
"Mourinho was the same when he was manager of Chelsea and I was at Arsenal.
"He'd forever talk about his team as being the best in the world and I'd be sitting there watching him, looking at the TV shouting: 'but we just beat you 3-0.'"
