Celtic boss Neil Lennon is being linked with Norwich City.
The Daily Mail says Malky Mackay and Lennon are understood to be on the club's wish-list after chief executive David McNally said it would be 'delinquent' of a football club not to make plans.
Norwich have won once in the past 11 games in the Barclays Premier League to slip to one point above the relegation zone and McNally is on record stating Chris Hughton's job is to keep his team out of the bottom three.
