Celtic manager Neil Lennon has ruled out the signing of Yuki Otsu in the current transfer window.
The 22-year old Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder has attracted the interest of the Hoops recently with some reports suggesting he could join before the end of August.
But Lennon has suggested that Celtic will only monitor his situation for now with a deal highly unlikely.
"He (Otsu) is a player we like but we will probably not do anything this window and we will keep tabs on him for now," said Lennon.
