Neil Lennon says his future is such that he could still be the Celtic manager in two decades' time or be out this time next year.
The 42-year old Northern Irishman is in negotiations regarding a new deal with the Hoops but knows that football is such a cut-throat industry that absolutely anything can happen.
"I don't look that far ahead, I only look one season at a time," he said.
"I could be at Celtic for the next 20 years, I could be here for the next year, I don't know.
"As long as I keep getting the buzz out of it that I do, and as long as Celtic want me, then I will be here.
"Even a week is a long time in football.
"It is a precarious job as a player, but it is even less secure as a manager.
"It is going to be very difficult to replicate what we did last season. We set a really high bar, but that is the challenge that lies ahead."
