Celtic are battling Crystal Palace for VitoriaGuimaraes striker Amido Balde.
The Daily Mail says the Parkhead side have agreed a fee of £1.5million plus add ons which could take the deal to over £2million.
However, Ian Holloway's newly promoted Premiership side Palace were last night trying to gazump the Parkhead club via rival agent Paulo Rodrigues.
