Celtic are battling Blackburn Rovers for Portsmouth's on-loan Lens striker Aruna Dindane.

The Scottish Sun says Celtic caretaker boss Neil Lennon has Dindane high on his summer shopping list.

Lennon has been an admirer since Dindane scored for Anderlecht against the Hoops in the 2003 Champions League. He is seen as a replacement for Robbie Keane.

Blackburn have been linked with a £4million bid and the chase could intensify if he performs well at the World Cup.

But Lennon wants to move for him if he lands the Hoops job on a permanent basis.
