Norwich City boss Alex Neil has confirmed that Sheffield Wednesday and Celtic are keen on Gary Hooper.

The 27-year-old striker could leave Carrow Road before the transfer window shuts with a move to either the Owls or former club the Hoops on the cards.

However, Neil has revealed that no offers have arrived in the Canaries' inbox meaning Hooper remains in Norfolk for now.

"There has been a lot of speculation surrounding Gary in particular," Neil said in the Yorkshire Post of Hooper.

"Sheffield Wednesday has been one, Celtic has been mentioned.

"Until we hear anything concrete then it is just speculation.

"At the moment I don't expect any departures."
