Celta Vigo wing-back Roberto Lago isn't ready to move to Blackburn Rovers.
Rovers are preparing a £3 million offer for the Spanish midfielder, who can play at the back and on the wing.
But the Daily Star Sunday says Lago isn't interested in a move to Ewood Park.
