Cagliari president Massimo Cellino has warned interested clubs off defender Michele Canini.

Roma, AC Milan and Fiorentina are all keen on the Italy U21 international, but Cellino says: "Oh they definitely want him and have requested the player, but Canini will stay here. I did assure that if he was released, he would go to Roma thanks to the excellent rapport I have with Franco and Rosella Sensi."
